an average stay
wrong orders dark room
the beach access was certainly a plus.
i was not impressed with the dining service. multiple times our orders were wrong. the room was very dark, even with all the lights on.

wonderful selection clean room
The resort has a gift shop with a wonderful selection! My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was always very fresh and delicious.
The resort doesn't include airport transportation.

Balanced experience at this resort
beach drink service professional service daily dinner menu musty smell sticky furniture sewage smell
I liked the food service at the beach. The servers never made mistakes with our orders. They offered great drinks. The dinner menu changed daily with local dishes. The traditional dishes tasted the best.
The rooms are old and musty. The furniture felt sticky. The ac unit leaked condensation onto the drywall and luggage table. The bathroom had poor lighting. The bathroom smelled of sewage.

mixed feelings about this stay
repetitive food inconsistent service
the staff were friendly and helpful, i will say that much.
I found the food and service inconsistent. It was expensive. the food became repetitive with not many options that i liked. some meals were delicious, but others were just average.

attentive staff delicious meals kind staff musty smell slow service small gym
My honeymoon was very special, all thanks to this romantic place. The staff were attentive and kind. I admired their dedication. Meals were divine, the chef created pure magic. Every plate was a piece of art. I must return soon. I want to relive the dream.
The room had an unpleasant musty smell. It was a little distracting. Sometimes, beach service seemed a bit slow. I wanted drinks faster. The gym was small and simple. I wanted more equipments for my workout.
